Our Foundation? Trust, Grit, & Follow-Through

From local communities to complex national projects, our reputation is built the same way it always has been: in the field, one job at a time.

Show Up. Tell the Truth. Do It Right.

For nearly 50 years, we’ve helped communities, municipalities, and property owners protect the infrastructure they depend on every day.

Shenandoah was founded in 1976 in South Florida to solve a simple but frustrating problem: newly installed pipelines couldn’t be properly cleaned or inspected. Instead of waiting on someone else to solve it, our founders invested in the equipment and expertise to do it themselves.

From One Truck to a Trusted National Partner

Growth the Right Way

As word spread, Shenandoah began supporting more developers, municipalities, and property owners. Cleaning and inspection became our foundation — but we quickly learned that finding issues wasn’t enough. Clients needed real solutions and a partner who would stay with the work until it was done right.

Turn-key. Hands-on. All-in.

So we expanded thoughtfully and intentionally, investing in advanced technologies and specialized services to deliver end-to-end infrastructure support our clients can rely on.
